"Moderate astringency with a sweet, full mouth feel and slightly earthy taste. Didn't really detect the notes of hops and spice, but this is a good Sumatra without the overly woody flavor they sometimes get. (v60 and french press)."

"This is one of the more unique coffees I have ever tasted. You can definitely taste hops which makes it kind of odd to be drinking at 5 AM. That being said for an afternoon pick me up this is a good fit."

"Normally I don't care for earthy flavors, but this roast has a nice combination with fruit and is full bodied which really make the beans sing. chemex brewed."
