Curator's Notes
Barry, Broadcast’s owner and roaster, fell in love with Vietnamese coffee during a trip to Hong Kong. Inspired, he sought out this delicious cup: a creamy swirl of chocolate and vanilla flavors, with a big body and deeply satisfying richness.

Vietnam Dep Trai, is rich and delicious. I've been dubious of coffee from Vietnam, but once on a trip to Hong Kong I stopped by a coffee shop that served an espresso with a Vietnamese blend and it was DELICIOUS! Coming back to the states, it was IMPOSSIBLE to find a coffee from Vietnam that was as good as I had in Hong Kong, until I found Dep Trai. We roast Dep Trai to a medium roast profile that brings out the richness and full body of the coffee!
