"This is my favorite BeanBox coffee, and the first that has build me off
dark roasts. Using a Hario
v60 pour over kit, I grind 27g just slightly finer than medium grind in a Oxo burr grinder (the #7 setting). With 400g of water that has boiled then cooled 30 seconds, I get a perfect cup of coffee every time. Sometimes I go up to 28g for more flavor. Haven't tried 29 or 30 yet. It's a smooth drink going in, and the after taste just as smooth. My current go to (Tony's Upland Blend is a close second)."
