If you’re the kind of person who orders butterscotch syrup on your ice cream sundae, this coffee is for you! Guatemala Javier Martinez is round, sweet, and deliciously creamy, like a butterscotch hard candy, with notes of chocolate, toasted hazelnuts and a hint of cherry. Clean, crisp acidity in the finish, like the perfect ruby red grapefruit.
Javier Martinez is a fine example of top-notch coffee from Guatemala’s most well known growing region, Huehuetenango, located in the northern highlands along the border with Mexico. Like this cup, the finest from the region are recognized by their lush bodies, their superb sweetness, and their desserty, fruit-fondue flavors. Reserve a bag of Bluebeard’s brand new Guatemala Javier Martinez, and unwrap the coffee version of a butterscotch candy for your morning. We guarantee it’ll melt in your mouth (not in your mug).
