Roaster's Notes
Over the last 30 years, CENFROCAFE has been an organization of family farms around the Central Fronteriza del Norte de Cafetaleros which supports 80 organizations and provides training and financing aimed to improving coffee quality. Every step is meticulous from their organic fertilizer, careful pruning and drying process. We taste notes of grapefruit, cherry, and a lingering caramel finish.
