For sweet, floral, and complex Ethiopian coffees, Yirgacheffe takes the prize. In this washed cup, you’ll enjoy a super-aromatic nose of magnolia blossom, clean notes of blueberries, peaches and plums, and a lingering, sugar-dusted finish.
Roaster's Notes
This comes to us from the Aricha region and mill and boasts clean, sweet, and clear qualities! With flora aromas of magnolia and sugarcane followed by an acidity of blueberries with flavors of blueberries as well along with sugar and deepens to plum as it cools with a medium body that is sweet and finishes with a clean and lingering aftertaste.
