Curator's Notes
Ato is the owner of the Suke Quto farm in Guji zone, his where organic heirloom beans thrive at elevations of over 2000 meters. In this lot, honey processing adds a silky smoothness to dessert- perfect notes of berries and sweet cream.
Roaster's Notes
We get some light florals but dominant berry flavors with honey and stone fruit like acidity with a mouthfeel that is more creamy than tea like but basically is silky.
