Light, bright, and berry-licious: this is the Burundi of our dreams! This fresh crop of Burundi Kibingo Natural from Vashon Coffee Company is a handful of blackberries for your morning mug. You’ll taste a stunningly clean, juicy profile of ripe blackberries, with a honey-like sweetness, soft hibiscus florals, and a mellow acidity like golden pears. The finish is rich and long, full of raw sugar and lingering purple fruit. This elegant, effervescent cup showcases some of the best natural-processed coffee we’ve ever tasted from up-and-coming Burundi.
Roaster's Notes
This naturally processed Burundi comes out of the Kayanza washing station where quality is fiercely preserved. This coffee is a fresh harvest with a stunningly clean flavor profile of blackberries, floral honey like sweetness, and a mellow pear and apple acidity. Truly an easy coffee to enjoy.
