Curator's Notes
We've been looking forward to sharing the coffee equivalent of a champagne toast with you. This classic washed Ethiopian coffee is from one of the best kept secrets of Ethiopian growing regions, Worka-Sakaro, a neighbor to the more widely known Yirgacheffe region. This coffee has received honors on the cupping table in the birthplace of coffee and at first taste we were so blown away we added it to our Top Shelf Collection.
