Fun bit of trivia: PERC is short for Panther's Eye Roasting Company: now that's an acronym! PERC Coffee is our joy-forward, Savannah‑born partner that proves great coffee can be both seriously well made and seriously fun. PERC builds long-term relationships with producers and roasts to highlight sweetness, clarity, and vibrant fruit—think dialed‑in light to medium profiles that let each origin sing. Their team brings an infectious, welcoming energy to everything they do: playful design, approachable education, and meticulous quality control from green selection to final roast. The result is a lineup of seasonal single origins and blends that are as consistent as they are adventurous—coffees you can hand to a first‑timer or a super‑taster and watch both light up (or... perk up?).

We're a diversely impassioned crew of creatives, all working toward a collective mission to share good times and awesome coffee with you at every step of your journey. We source the world's most colorful coffees and roast them with all the love in our bones. Our profiles are carefully crafted to maximize the sweetness and varietal character of each coffee. We're super excited about these coffees and are over the moon to share them with you!
