Up in often chilly Ithaca, NY, their coffee has kept locals well-caffeinated and warm, and their well-crafted coffees are a must-try.

Gimme! Coffee's origins trace back to 2000 when a small, quality-obsessed espresso bar opened in Ithaca, NY. Two decades later, we re-established ourselves as an employee-owned business that boasts an award-winning roastery, a from-scratch bakery and handful of cafes that serve world-class neighborhood coffee.
