A beautiful example of Nicaraguan coffee: mild acidity means softer fruit flavor, less tartness and a pleasant, pie-crust finish. Don’t be fooled by this mellow roast: it’s the strong, silent type.

Bourbon is from our friends the Mierisch's family farm Limoncillo in Nicaragua. This Natural Bourbon is well balanced and juicy with flavors of plum, black cherry, and tangerine.
