Curator's Notes
We coffee lovers are explorers at heart, making new expeditions across the world with every sip… but we’re also nesters, home-baristas, and sleep-late-ers. Yes, we can have it both ways! Fitzroy’s Blend, Zoka Coffee’s nod to the worldly spirit of coffee, is both a Bon Voyage and a Welcome Home. Bold and adventurous, this toasty medium blend is a strong cup, with intense notes of dark chocolate syrup and ginger-molasses cookies. A soft, smoky finish feels as cozy as curling up in front of a fireplace on a chilly night. Other coffees may start your engines, but this one will make them purr.
Roaster's Notes
Fitzroy’s is the lightest of our dark roasts and our second best selling coffee. This coffee is medium bodied and provides a flavor profile of milk chocolate and sweet molasses. One of our original blends from Central and South America, this is a coffee you can never drink too much of. Fitzroy makes excellent cold brew!
