Curator's Notes
Finca Samaria is located in NW Colombia, the land of wide mountain landscapes and top-notch beans. This cup is silky and light, with notes of spicy apricot and a sparkly, malty finish like fresh sourdough. A savory take on a classic cup.
Roaster's Notes
Risaralda is one of the departments of Colombia, located in the center-west of Colombia, in the Andean region. Finca Samaria is a farm that dates back to 1934, currently owned and operated by the fourth generation of the same family. Notes of spice cake, orange peel, and malt.
