This sweet and refreshing Indonesian coffee was hand-processed by small farmers in the beautiful mountains of West Java. Its rich, caramel body and bright finish remind us of coca-cola with a twist of lime: a sip of tropical sunrise.
This coffee comes from small holder farmers in the Cimulek area of West Java. Fresh cherries are carefully chosen and pulped in small batches. Fermented overnight and washed clean, the parchment is dried on raised beds in bamboo greenhouses. Notes: very chocolatey with lemon, caramel, limeade finish, and mint.
