Roaster's Notes
A blend inspired by the Holidays, comprised of 50/50 Java Kiara Manuk (dark chocolate, raisin, rich and sweet) and Papua New Guinea Plantation A/X (sweet toffee, dried fig, heavy body). Balanced, approachable, and well suited for both drip and/or espresso. Sweet toffee, dark chocolate, raisin, and fig with just a hint of sage and pine in the finish.
