A little cabana with your coffee? Yes please! From the famed San Vicente mill, this roast is bright and easy to sip. Pleasant acidity like ruby red grapefruit crowns a cup of strawberry jam, peach nectar, and toasty brown sugar.
Roaster's Notes
Honduran Proyecto Cabanas is from small producer group in Cabanas, Copan and is dry milled at the San Vincente Mill in Peña Blanca. Coffees grown by San Vicente’s clients have changed the international market’s perception of how coffees from Honduras can taste. Often mistaken for coffees from East Africa, San Vicente’s coffees explode with sweetness, acidity and ripe, tropical fruits, and are highly sought-after.
