With notes of caramel, brown sugar, and cinnamon-dusted peaches, this newly-arrived Colombian coffee is a honey bun in a mug. The flavors of this medium roast are full of toasted-sugar sweetness, with a smooth, honeyed body and mild, juicy notes of peach and apricot. With its warm, cinnamon-sugar spice, this cup is reminiscent of a cinnamon bun, or coffee cake, paired with fresh peach compote. This small lot Colombian Janer Almeida is the newest arrival from True North Coffee Roasters, and— taglines aside— we're enjoying this one down to the very last drop.
