With 30 years of experience as a coffee farmer, Arismendi Ramos demonstrates his commitment to his craft through both meticulous care and a willingness to experiement with new techniques. In addition to a more traditional 12 hour cherry fermentation, this coffee was also processed with a special 36 hour fermentation in airtight bags.
