Ethiopia Halo Hartume opens with a wash of springtime florals, in aroma and flavor, before settling into a delicate combination of white peach and wildflower honey. Lots of fresh-squeezed citrus in the finish, meyer lemon and tangerine; you’d almost think you took a sip of a mimosa rather than coffee!
