Stamp Act Coffee Story

Popayan Cincuenta is from Popayan within the Colombian department of Cauca. Supporting and blending together the coffee from 50 small producers lots needs great organization and this is where Racafe Popayan Mill comes in. They select and separate each lot that meets the flavor and grade (84 point), to deliver a coffee that highlights the region of Popayan, yet is consistent throughout the harvest. Notes of tropical fruits, cacao nib, pineapple sweetness.
