Inza is a small growing town in Cauca, known for its slightly “wilder” spin on Colombian coffee. You’ll taste a lot of lively fruit in this cup, almost Kenya-like in its big, tart profile, but with a vanilla finish that feels quilt-like, invitingly soft.
