Inza is a small growing town in Cauca, known for its slightly “wilder” spin on Colombian coffee. You’ll taste a lot of lively fruit in this cup, almost Kenya-like in its big, tart profile, but with a vanilla finish that feels quilt-like, invitingly soft.
||★★★★★||★★★★★ Really good. I brewed this in a drip pot only, because I was out of chemex filters for a period. It was solid, everything you want and nothing you don't, but I wish I'd been able to brew it in a chemex, because I feel like that would've been able to bring out more of the coffee. Till next time.|
