A touch of sweet peach preserves brightens up a body of chocolate ganache, and the clean, roasty finish brings a dry, graham-cracker spice and a hint of fragrant cedar. These beans are roasted to a robust medium level, for a decidedly rugged profile: a bold take on everything we love about chocolatey Colombian coffee.
