The light-medium roast profile of this natural Ethiopian coffee keeps all the flavors in perfect balance, resulting in a cup that's toasty, not tart. About the Coffee: This coffee has juicy notes of strawberry that cool into crisp, brown sugar sweetness. Almost mimics a classic rooibos tea.
