Roaster's Notes
We sourced this bright, sparkly Colombian coffee from Luis Alejandro Ortega’s award-winning La Cabaña farm. Luis Alejandro took over responsibility for the farm from his father 40 years ago and has been focused on sustainability, tradition, and passion for excellent coffee ever since. He embraces agroforestry practices to ensure that La Cabaña’s ecosystem remains rich and healthy. He has diversified his crop with a few new coffee varieties, but he’s also preserved the original Caturra variety plants, which this lot came from exclusively.
