Definitely a tasty blend, and I love the smoothness.
More like 3.5. Made with chemex
. Would have liked more pear or berry to come through but a solid medium roast
Pretty basic blend. Not bad, but I like a richer, darker roast.
Very nice and smooth. Pleasantly fruit-tinged without acridness or acidity. Could drink this all day.
I have to say, I've had Bean Box for almost a year. This was BY FAR the best coffee we have had. We've had great months of coffee, but this was absolutely incredible. We used this with our espresso
machine as well, even better! A++
Arguably my favorite blend. This is such a solid medium body coffee with just the right amount of fruit and decadence.
So tasty! Such a full, rich medium roast
. I could drink this all day.
This sampler came with the biscotti I gifted for mother's day. It was very well received.
Extremely smooth, no bitterness, and just the right amount of "kick" for a medium roast
blend. By far my favorite out of the 15+ varieties I've tried so far.

My Dad thought it was a smooth coffee that didn't have any bite to it!
I loved the sweetness of this one! Not at all bitter, so perfect for me
A toasty medium blend, with an initial bright berry roundness that quickly sinks into darker notes of chocolate
, molasses, and cedar.
I really loved the smell of this coffee as it brewed, it's tasting notes were very subtle yet very enjoyable.
Loved this and especially when paired with the classic almond
biscotti! Perfectly round flavor.
Amazing. So good!!! Had a nice dark, rich flavor and the smell was out of this world!
Great to drink with dessert especially heavier ones like cake. The fruity
y notes are either in the scent or in the back of your tongue but not in initial taste. Also brings out the richness of any chocolate
you enjoy with this coffee.
Good coffee with mild flavour of dark sugars and golden fruit.
Sometimes I feel like the more tasting notes there are the more they get lost in translation, and thats how I feel with this brew. I liked it I just didnt love it. on a not I jotted down all I said was "Okay". Id be interested in seeing what else LDC has to offer but this one came off as meh.
This was very smooth and not as bitter as a dark roast
, very fruity
profile but I loved it
Not bad, not great. The tasting notes didn't really work together, they were a little much. Could get overwhelming.
Nice dark roast
. It's a go to for me for my wife or guests who don't like fruitier coffee but are still interested in good coffee.
Rich full dark flavor without the bitterness. A good strong cup of coffee with body and character. Nice flavor notes. Recommended.
Wonderful coffee. Smooth and balanced for a dark roast
. Love this brew...
Really nice dark roast
. My house couldn't get enough of it. I brewed it in pour over
coffee maker and drank it black. Definitely tasted the chocolate
and brown sugar
. Caught some of the fruit in the aftertaste in a good way, but it didn't really remind me of Pear.
This coffee was toasty yet smooth! I thought it had a nice balance of sugar and chocolate
notes, with only a touch of brightness, but little to no acidity. It was a smooth roast and now one of my favorite dark roast
A great toasty roast - terrific in the mornings or any time of day
A nice, strong morning roast. Perfect for an extra kick in the morning.
Strong, rich, and fragrant. Made for excellent expressos.
Dark and bold, but not boring. Delicious molasses and brown sugar
Bold morning blend. Brewed in our french press
, the cedar and molasses shine.
Big fan of this, the beans have a mellow flavor. I was worried about it being a darker roast, however with cream makes for the perfect cup in my book!
Brewed in a drip coffee maker this coffee was full of molasses and I loved it!
A very pleasant dark roast
--perfect for a strong breakfast cup!
