Curator's Notes
Treat yourself to a Seattle coffee strong enough to stand up your spoon (and anchor your boat). Bollard Blend is an old school roast with notes of cocoa, molasses, and turnbuckle. The roast was originally crafted for Scandinavian fish net makers in Seattle who wanted a coffee that reminded them of home: strong, dark, and bold, with no compromise on flavor. Their inspiration has led to a bestseller amongst sailors and hipsters alike in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood.

Originally called “Old Man Dark”. Created for a group of Scandinavian fish net makers, this blend has become a cafe bestseller amongst sailors and hipsters alike. Notes of cocoa, molasses, and turnbuckle.
