This coffee is juicy and sweet, a blend of fruit salad flavors with a smooth caramel finish. Many hands make light (roasts) work!
Roaster's Notes
A small, 15-bag microlot from area farmers who work together and combine their beans. We love the complexity of multiple producers growing multiple varietals at high elevation. Notes of lime, lilac, peach and red grape, married to rich toffee and baking spice.
