This roast is a blend of small local farms in Narino, one of Colombia’s top growing regions. Heavenly sweet and easy to sip, this cup brings flavors of strawberry jam, citrus zest, and (yes!) almond joy candy bar. Coffee bar meets candy bar: we dig it.
Fermented for 10 hours, dried on patios and raised beds for 12 days, this coffee is easy and delicious. Aromatics of strawberry and baking spices introduce a sweet cup, reminding us of Almond Joy candy bars. The sweetness is bolstered by a vibrant lime acidity, making for a very symmetrical cup. A blend from small producers in Narino, Colombia.
"Used aero press 6 days after roasting. The strawberry notes are there and yummy. It's maybe a little too earthy to be candy bar-like, per the description. Recommended as a nice change-up."
