And it never fails to impress me: every year, Kuma just nails the taste of the holidays with this festive coffee. Bear Claus is a thoughtful mix of chocolate-forward Guatemalan and Brazilian beans and a fruit-forward Kenya Nyeri, for a rich, welcoming cup. I taste sparkling apple cider, pomegranate juice, and fig preserves, within a big, lush body of rich, smooth chocolate. A warm cinnamon spice lingers in the finish, for a touch of festive holiday cheer.
