Curator's Notes
Spice up your morning routine with this cinnamon-candy Colombian! Wine-like sweetness and cherry flavors evolve into its signature cinnamon tang. The clean ending leaves just a hint of something dry and crisp... cacao nib, toasted nut, even possibly potato chip... to remind you that yes, this is a Colombian. A coffee like no other: unique but very drinkable, and a great example of how single origins can continue to surprise us (even when we think we've tasted it all).
Roaster's Notes
Finca Campo Amor overlooks the central portion of the Cauca river valley. We've worked closely with this farm for many seasons, and their coffee continues to get better and better! Round, green apple acidity, with a creamy mouthfeel and balanced notes of grenadine and cinnamon. Exceptionally clean ending.
