Curator’s Notes: How much do I love this coffee? Let me count the ways. It opens with a red-toned sweetness like cherry juice, with a super creamy (almost frothy) body like chocolate milk, with a sweet effervescence like vanilla root beer float. A kick of cinnamon spice lingers through the finish, but not like baking cinnamon, it's more like a spicy cinnamon red-hot flavor. The flavors play so well together, the body is so chocolaty and luscious, and the cinnamon note is just so delicious and unique. This Colombian is SO GOOD year after year, whenever I see the fresh lot arrive back at Herkimer I know I'm in for a real treat. Campo Amor is a Rainforest Alliance certified farm located in Antioquia, in the Andean mountains. Fun fact, this was the first region in Colombia that ever produced coffee!
