Roaster's Notes
A washed Ethiopian but turned up to 11, bursting with zippy lemon candy, jasmine florals, and a sticky-sweet peach jam finish that’s clean, expressive, and delightfully extra. From a family farm to a 837-hectare direct-export operation, Habtamu Fekadu Aga brings serious Ethiopian pedigree, pairing 74110 and 74112 JARC selections with a 1974 mother-tree lineage and community-first farming. Mechanically pulped, double-fermented, and slow-dried with obsessive precision, this coffee is a clean, expressive little genetic powerhouse with plenty of personality.
