Roaster's Notes
A naturally processed Bourbon from El Salvador's legendary Pacas family, delivering black currant, mulled wine, and dark chocolate notes. Grown at 1,700 meters in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec Mountain Range, where San Joaquin's unique "morning sun" microclimate creates slowly ripened cherry with intense sugar concentration and complex fruit character.
