Curator's Notes
Specialty coffee from Thailand is a rare and special treat - until recently, only 1% of all Thai coffee was exported! This fruit-forward lot was grown in the mountainous Chiang Rai region, where coffee producers are only, on average, 25-35 years old.
Roaster's Notes
We are incredibly excited to welcome Thai coffee back to our single origin menu with a new fruit-forward selection with limited availability from the Chiang Rai region. This lot was processed with the natural-method by our friends at Beanspire Coffee: part of the young generation moving the Thai coffee industry forward.
