Roaster's Notes
Super Bloom is Equator's spring seasonal blend, a fruity and floral light roast with notes of strawberry shortcake, violet, and mandarin orange. This year's blend brings together two washed coffees from Peruvian cooperatives Sol y Café and Norandino, rounded out with a natural process coffee from Ethiopia's Guji Zone. A 5% giveback on every bag, matched by the importer Sustainable Harvest, supports a soil productivity assessment across 450 member farms at Sol y Café in Peru.
