Curator's Notes
As far as Colombian coffees go, this one takes the cake... or torte! Notes of fudgy chocolate torte define this cup, along with a peachy, mimosa-like sparkle from its extended fermentation process. Dessert, meet breakfast. You’ll get along fine.
Roaster's Notes
Another stunner from Colombia! This washed coffee underwent extended fermentation-- a process that highlights the sweet fruit flavors we find in the cup. It reminds us of chocolate torte, fudge, and peach.
