Curator's Notes

One of our favorites from last year! We couldn’t wait to try the new crop. Smooth notes of sugar-sprinkled fruit tart evolve into a creamy vanilla (marshmallow?) as the cup cools. The kids get hot cocoa; we get Costa Rica. We win.

Roaster's Notes

Costa Rican coffee holds a dear place in our hearts, our palates craving the chocolate and vanilla from the rich volcanic soils. This coffee won't disappoint you. In fact, add cream and melon to your chocolate and this is your new favorite morning coffee. From start to finish, the cup is sweet and juicy with a full butterscotch and chocolate body. We eagerly wait every year for this coffee since we first met the producer and owner in 2014.
