Curator's Notes

Prepare your senses for an aromatic burst of spiced apples as you tear open a pouch of our newest hit. Complex, rich, and fruity, this cup opens with a luscious caramel mouthfeel and sweet, spiced apple pie. As it cools, we taste brown sugar and sweet purple plum. The world cup in a coffee cup: Olé Olé!

Roaster's Notes

Jose Oliveria has firmly secured his seat on our menu with this exceptional single origin coffee. This fruity stunner was farmed in the Cerrado Minerio Region, an area known for producing high scoring specialty coffees, and the only region in Brasil with a "Protected Geographical Indication". This pulped natural process coffee is truly exquisite. Taste notes: Spiced apple pie, plum pudding, almond brittle, maple syrup, & allspice.

"Nice flavor combination, fun to bring out different aspects of the flavor with different ratios and brewing methods - makes an excellent cup flash brewed over ice"

"This one wasn't my favorite. A little too bold for me, I am having a tough time putting my finger on what I don't love about it exactly. "

"There's a smooth earthy quality. Although not a bright cup of coffee, there is a subtle sweetness that is pleasant. "
