Welcome to the jungle! This complex cup comes from deep within a protected area of the Amazon rainforest. We taste a silky blend of toffee and baking spices, delicate grape juice, and a mellow finish of white pineapple and almond syrup.
A delicate, chocolatey coffee from a protected reserve called Alto Mayo in the Amazonas region of Peru. The Coopbam Cooperative produces this offering from a remote, high altitude area. It’s part of a conservation initiative to preserve the land for coffee production for future generations.
Taste notes: Chocolate, apricot jam, butterscotch, white raisin, passion fruit, pumpkin pie spice, & grape. Creamy, velvety mouthfeel with medium body & an approachable white peach malic acidity. Hint of apple & pineapple juice on the linger.
