Roaster's Notes
Settled high in the mountains of Cobán, third generation coffee producer Luis "Wicho" Valdés III cultivates very sought after Guatemalan coffee on his two farms. The family also mills the coffee on their property, ensuring clean, balanced and delicious product all the way through production.
