Composed of our year-round crowd favorite Kenya Swara AB and a cinnamon co-fermented coffee from Brazil, this one is sure to stoke the conversation when shared with your family and friends while you gather together.

The producers of the Kenyan coffee reside on and manage farms ranging between .5 and 2 hectares (1.23 - 5 acres). Kenyacof, the exporter of their coffee, actively engage with gender equality and land stewardship.

At Fazenda Inhame, a 100-hectare independently owned coffee estate in Campos Altos, the highest altitude area in Cerrado Mineiro, Minas Gerais, they not only grow and process excellent coffee, but they also experiment with new and exciting ways of processing smaller lots of coffee. This lot was co-fermented with cinnamon, resulting in a palate-pleasing, and somehow nostalgic, cup of coffee reminiscent of mulling spices and chocolate.

Together, roasted a touch lighter than our darkest roast, these coffees transform into a perfect cup of coffee for cozying up with during these colder months.
