When we first brewed this Gesha, we dropped everything to bring other Bean Box team members into our tasting lab to taste it. Colombia Cerro Azul Gesha is unlike any coffee we've had this season. It begins with jasmine and strawberry florals that lead into clean and bright notes of pineapple and juicy donut peach. Its defined fruit sugars remind us of fresh salt water taffy, with a light, whipped-fruit flavor and a pillowy mouthfeel. As it cools, you'll notice delicate green tea flavors, raw honey sweetness, and a lingering touch of vanilla in the finish. It's a sip of pure coffee delight, and the story behind Camber’s partnership with producer Rigoberto Hererra is just as sweet.
