Go from Brrrr to Brrrrew with this light roasted blend of Ethiopian and Guatemalan beans. Like the falling snow, flavors begin with a sparkly sweetness and then deepen; juicy upfront notes of berries swirl into a smooth, maple candy finish.

Cambrrrr Ethiopia Bedhatu Jibicho & Honduras Danny Moreno | Yirgacheffe & Santa Barbara | 1650-1900 masl | Washed orange zest, brown sugar, candied ginger Not surprisingly, our tastes tend to shift with the seasons. We created this blend to have something sweet, round and juicy to sip on during the holidays. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Bedhatu Jibicho is native to the Worka area of Yirgacheffe. After the passing of her husband in 1991, Bedhatu continued to single-handedly manage the farm while raising all six of their children. She eventually joined the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union in 2011, and was quickly recognized as a model farmer. Going forward, she was able to market and sell her coffee as a separate lot. The Morenos are in a special category of coffee producers, consistently cultivating and producing exceptional quality coffees. This requires a mixture of ambition, long term planning, and constant reevaluation of agronomic, harvesting, and processing techniques. We have been lucky enough to work with Danny and his consistently excellent coffees over the years.
