Roaster's Notes
Our newest coffee is grown by Lizardo Montoya and his wife Luz Dary at their farm, “La Primavera” in Urrao, Antioquia, Colombia. They have been working with coffee for just over a decade and are excited to see the praise their now sought after Chiroso variety has received in recent years. This coffee offers a great level of complexity and deep sweetness that we often experience from this region. We're tasting a bright cup with notes of Red Plum, Sencha Tea, and Meyer Lemon.
