In this sweet cup, you’ll taste a clean, juicy bite of lemon, alongside notes of honey-drizzled tropical fruits and florals. Southern Ethiopian coffees like this one are produced from varietals that have grown wild in the region for hundreds of years.
Roaster's Notes
Excited to offer Kolla Bolcha lot #4 from Agaro. Kolla Bolcha is a two year old cooperative that neighbors Bifdu Gudina, which we carried last year. Super juicy, clean and bright, we find lemon drop, kiwi and pineapple, honey and jasmine notes, supported by red fruit and dark chocolate.
