Curator's Notes

Tolima, found within Colombia’s “coffee axis”, is named from an indigenous word for snow. As light and delicate as fresh mountain snow, this washed cup has a toasty, savory aroma and brews into a sweet and mellow juiciness.

Roaster's Notes

This is a fair-trade, organic coffee from the ASCI'SP Cooperative located in Gaitania in the Tolima region of Colombia. ASCI'SP stands for the Asociacion Indigena de Caficultores Organicos de San Pedro. The indigenous Nasa people inhabits the San Pedro vereda and have great respect for the land they inhabit and cultivate everything organically, leaving as much native flora intact as possible as a matter of principal.
