Curator's Notes
Brunch is a state of mind—and this blend might just take you there. Silky and balanced, this medium-dark cup brings flavors of toast, dark chocolate croissant and, as it cools, a touch of grape jam. Appropriately named Brunch Blend, we’ve been collaborating with the team at Vashon Coffee Company to create this decadent and versatile blend fit for waffles, friends & family, and a delicious precursor to the mimosa that will probably follow. Brunch Blend features beans from Latin America and Indonesia working together to create the sweet and savory flavor profile we can’t get enough of. Any day can be Sunday: just add sun!

Brunch blend is comprised of beans South America, Central America, and Indonesia, roasted on the darker end of our cafe spectrum. Notes of toast, chocolate, and more chocolate.
