"Drip pourover 260 ml : 15.5 g espresso 34 ml : 16 g Used 10+ days since roast date. Very straight forwarded flavors but decent for decaf. Dialing in was easy, beans are on the darker side of medium roast, closer to dark roast evident by the higher shine to them. Good balance flavor, definitely taste the dark chocolates and roasted nuts with a tinge of stone fruit sweetness. A bit smokey/astringent towards the end and low acidity once dialed in. Overall very middle of the road flavor profile, enough to enjoy."
