"I'm usually a lighter roast guy, so when I opened this bag I was worried the roast would be too dark for me based on the smell and oily beans. Upon brewing, I was still unsure due to the strong nose, but the flavor was surprisingly smooth and sweet. Toasty, but not overpowering, the sweetness and silky mouthfeel were delightful. A fantastic cup!"
